Managed IT Services: One Team, One Plan, One Agreement

The InfoTech Partnership Agreement makes us your IT department. Support, security, backups, networking, Microsoft 365, and long-term planning are run together by one team under one monthly agreement, so IT stops being something you have to manage yourself.

IT Shouldn’t Be Another Job on Your Plate

Most business owners we meet already have some kind of IT help, and it still feels harder than it should. You’re still chasing IT, following up on tickets and coordinating vendors yourself. Things get fixed but never improve, so the same problems come back. There’s no plan or budget, so big expenses show up as surprises. And you can’t see what you’re paying for: an invoice arrives every month, but not a clear picture of what was done or what’s next.

Inside the Agreement

What the Partnership Agreement Includes

Four parts work together. Each one links to a page with more detail.

01

Support

A help desk for your team, onsite help during business hours for break/fix issues, and after-hours emergency coverage.

02

Protection Running in the Background

24/7 monitoring, weekly patching, layered security, verified backups, and a managed network.

03

A Technical Alignment Manager

Monthly standards reviews, a quarterly onsite visit, documentation, device inventory, and vendor management.

04

A Virtual CIO

Your annual IT budget, quarterly business reviews, a living roadmap, refresh planning, and guidance on AI and risk.

Visibility

What You’ll Actually See

Partnership should be visible, not something you take on faith.

  1. 1

    A Live Technology Roadmap

Your priorities, what’s done, and what’s next, in plain English.

  2. 2

    A Budget That Matches It

Planned refreshes and projects, so big expenses are expected.

  3. 3

    Documentation of Your Environment

Devices, network, vendors, and how everything is set up, kept current.

  4. 4

    A Monthly Technology Snapshot

A short update on what we did and what matters this month.

Optional Upgrades

Add More When It Makes Sense

Most businesses don’t need these on day one. We’ll recommend one only when it makes sense.

Partner Upgrade

Recommended if you want executive-level involvement and white-glove setups.

An annual executive review, a project credit, white-glove computer setups, quarterly Lunch & Learns, and full mobile device management.

Security Upgrade

Recommended if you handle sensitive data or face compliance requirements.

Application allowlisting, dark web monitoring, data loss prevention, advanced identity protection, annual penetration testing, and a quarterly executive security report.

Continuity Upgrade

Recommended if you still run an on-site server.

On-site server backups with quarterly test restores, plus the ability to run your server from the cloud during an outage.

FAQ

Common Questions

How is it priced?

Most partnerships are priced per user, per month, with Microsoft 365 licensing included. Use our pricing calculator for a ballpark.

Who is this a good fit for?

Businesses that want a partner who guides decisions, not one that just follows requests. If you want someone to own IT so you don’t have to, we should talk.

We already have an IT person. Is this still for us?

Take a look at Co-Managed IT. It’s built for businesses that want to keep their internal staff and add a full team behind them.
