Device Management & Patching: Every Computer Secured and Up to Date
Your team’s computers are where the work actually happens. We set them up to a standard, monitor them around the clock, patch them every week, and keep them protected and encrypted, so small problems get caught before anyone has to call.
What Happens to Your Computer Every Week
Each device is managed from the day it arrives until the day it’s retired. Example schedule
What Device Management & Patching Includes
- Operating system updates

- Standard new-device setup
Weekly Patching and Updates
Windows, Mac, and key software updates are tested and applied on a regular weekly schedule, with security patches prioritized.
24/7 Monitoring and Protection
Every computer is monitored around the clock and protected with antivirus, endpoint detection, and encryption.
Windows, Mac, and Tablet Support
We manage Windows PCs, Macs, and company tablets, so your team can use the right tool for the job.
Consistent Setups for New Devices
New computers are set up to your standards, with the right software, settings, and data, delivered ready to work, onsite or shipped to remote employees.
Unmanaged Devices Cost Time and Create Risk
- Aging Computers Slow Everyone Down Seven-year-old PCs and unsupported operating systems mean lost time every day and security gaps nobody is patching.
- New Hires Wait for a Working Computer Setting up a laptop takes days, and every machine ends up configured a little differently.
- Nobody Knows What You Own Which laptop is where, who has it, and when the warranty expires? Without an inventory, nobody really knows.
- Lost or Stolen Devices Put Data at Risk An unencrypted laptop left in a car can turn into a data breach.
Do you buy computers for us?
We can recommend, source, and set up equipment that meets your standards. New computer setups are quoted per device.
What about personal phones and devices?
Personal devices aren’t covered by default, but we can add mobile device management to secure company data on phones and tablets.
How old is too old?
Devices more than five years old or past manufacturer support become hard to secure and support. We’ll flag them early and plan replacements with you.
What’s ‘white-glove’ setup?
A fully hands-off experience: the device arrives fully configured, data moved over, and a technician gets the user up and running. It’s included with our Partner Upgrade.
One Partner. One Plan. One Agreement.
This isn’t a separate contract. It’s one part of the InfoTech Partnership Agreement, which brings support, security, backups, networking, Microsoft 365, and planning together under one team and one monthly agreement.
