Meet The InfoTech Team

Jimmy Huber

Jimmy Huber

Founder

Jimmy enjoys connecting with business owners to understand their challenges and explore how better technology and business processes can help them grow. He finds it especially rewarding to play a part in a client’s success while helping the InfoTech team execute on a shared vision. Clients can expect open, transparent advice, even when the right answer isn’t always the easiest one to hear.

Outside of work, Jimmy enjoys flying a Cessna 172 and managing his hobby farm with Icelandic sheep, Angus cattle, and more than 100 egg-laying fowl. He also enjoys singing and has performed Handel’s Messiah with a local community choir.

Hayden Bruns

Hayden Bruns

CEO

Hayden helps clients understand what’s happening in their business and determine the right next step. Rather than making changes just for the sake of moving fast, he believes in making thoughtful improvements over time that move the business in the right direction. He enjoys getting to know how people think, what they care about, and isn’t afraid to bring difficult topics to the table when they need to be discussed.

Outside of work, Hayden volunteers at his church, enjoys golfing, and follows college sports, especially the Iowa Hawkeyes. He was named after legendary Iowa football coach Hayden Fry.

James Biles

James Biles

Director of Operations

James helps clients make sense of technology, risk, and operational resilience by turning complicated problems into clear priorities and practical plans. Whether it involves security, business continuity, disaster recovery, projects, or processes, he enjoys bringing clarity to situations that initially feel messy or stressful. Clients can expect James to be direct, practical, business-focused, and committed to keeping things moving forward.

Outside of work, James supports veteran-focused community efforts, small businesses, startups, and youth sports. After more than 20 years in the Navy and years working in risk and disaster recovery, he jokes that he can turn almost any everyday situation into a continuity planning scenario.

Chris Jester

Chris Jester

Support Desk Lead

Chris helps clients get to the root of technology issues and find solutions that last. Just as important to him is making sure clients understand what happened and feel confident that the problem is being handled the right way. He enjoys building relationships and bringing a little humor to situations that can otherwise be stressful.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys writing, reading a good book, listening to symphonies, and spending time with his wife and two children. He’s also a serious Star Wars fan, with an entire basement dedicated to his collection.

Erik Peterson

Erik Peterson

Support Desk Technician

Erik helps clients solve the everyday technology issues that can quickly get in the way of getting work done. Whether it’s printing, email, or a business application, his goal is to find the root cause and get people back to work with as little disruption as possible. He wants clients to know there’s no such thing as a bad question and would always rather help than have someone struggle on their own.

Outside of work, Erik enjoys hiking, cooking, video games, cars, and attending local car meets. He also published a college research paper focused on cybersecurity risks in smart home devices.

Jonathan Henigman

Jonathan Henigman

Support Desk Technician

Jonathan helps clients stay productive by solving technology problems and making the tools they use every day easier to work with. He enjoys turning frustrating situations into positive experiences by listening, understanding the problem, and finding an effective solution. Jonathan approaches support as a partnership and wants clients to feel comfortable asking questions and confident that they’re supported along the way.

Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and unwinding with video games. His family has roots in Bulgaria, and his last name, Henigman, comes from Hönigmann, which translates to “Honey Man.”

Shawn Morell

Shawn Morell

Project Engineer

Shawn helps give clients peace of mind by designing and implementing the technology and security infrastructure their businesses rely on every day. He enjoys taking complex needs and breaking them into practical solutions that make work easier. Clients can expect straightforward advice without unnecessary business or technical jargon. If Shawn doesn’t know an answer, he’ll say so and do the research before giving a recommendation.

Outside of work, Shawn can usually be found working on his LS-swapped, turbocharged GMC truck or attending a race or car show. He also plays drums, guitar, and bass and has performed in several bands.

Dylan Hines

Dylan Hines

Project Technician

Dylan helps make the deployment of new technology as smooth as possible for clients. He believes technology should work for the person using it, not the other way around. That means looking beyond the device itself and understanding the person behind the screen so each deployment and configuration can be more intentional and better fit how they actually work.

Outside of work, Dylan enjoys taking his dog to the park and working on passion projects involving retro video games. He’s also always ready with a dad joke, including his favorite: What does a Triceratops sit on? His Tricera-bottom.

Alex Huber

Alex Huber

Growth Operations Assistant

Alex helps clients better understand InfoTech and the work we do through clear, visually appealing designs that make information easy to understand. He enjoys researching what matters to clients and finding creative ways to connect them with InfoTech. Clients can expect Alex to communicate clearly, keep things simple, and focus on turning ideas into action.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys singing bass in his church choir and vibe coding apps for friends to try out. He’s also a hardcore sports fan, especially when it comes to the Chicago Cubs and Green Bay Packers.
