Managed Network Services: A Network That Just Works
Everything your team does runs over your network: email, files, phones, cloud apps, and card readers. We set up, secure, and manage your firewall, Wi-Fi, and internet connections, document how it all fits together, and deal with your internet provider when something goes wrong.
When the Network Struggles, Everything Struggles
Network problems rarely look like network problems. They show up as slow apps, dropped calls, and ‘the internet is down again.’
| What you notice | What’s usually wrong |
|---|---|
| “The Wi-Fi is slow upstairs.” | Access points in the wrong place, or too few of them for the space. |
| “The internet keeps dropping.” | An internet provider issue, or an aging firewall that can’t keep up. |
| “Nobody can fix it fast.” | No network diagram or passwords on file, so every fix starts from scratch. |
| “Our provider says it’s not them.” | Nobody owns the internet provider relationship, so you’re stuck in the middle. |
What Managed Network Services Include
Your network is managed, monitored, and documented, like everything else.
A Managed Business Firewall
A firewall configured for your bandwidth, remote access, and users, kept updated, and set up to keep outsiders out while giving your team secure remote access.
Business Wi-Fi, Maintained and Supported
We maintain, supervise, and manage your wireless system and help your team with connection issues.
Monitoring and Documentation
Your network equipment is monitored, and we keep current network diagrams and records, so problems get found faster and nothing depends on one person’s memory.
Internet Provider Coordination
We review your internet service and speeds, and when there’s an outage we work with your provider so you don’t have to.
Network Questions, Answered
Do we have to buy new equipment?
Not necessarily. We’ll review what you have. If something is outdated or insecure, we’ll explain why and put a replacement on your roadmap. Hardware is quoted separately.
Can you help with a new office or expansion?
Yes. Network buildouts and office moves are planned and quoted as projects, then managed as part of your partnership once they’re done.
Do you support guest Wi-Fi?
Yes. We can set up a separate guest network so visitors never touch your business systems.
What about working from home?
Your firewall provides secure, encrypted remote access for your team. Home networks themselves aren’t managed, but we’ll make sure company devices connect safely.
One Partner. One Plan. One Agreement.
This isn’t a separate contract. It’s one part of the InfoTech Partnership Agreement, which brings support, security, backups, networking, Microsoft 365, and planning together under one team and one monthly agreement.
