We needed some IT services for a minimal part of our business and InfoTech was recommended to us. After a year with them, we found ourselves needing additional IT support and InfoTech was there to make it happen and was prepared to take on our additional needs. They are patient, kind, and easy to work with. They give us peace of mind that things will be taken care of and we don't have to worry about it.

We here at Stoller International have been with Infotech for our IT needs for over 13 years. We have grown to 100 employees spread over 5 locations in that time. Infotech has always kept up with our needs today and helped us plan for tomorrow. Whenever we rely on an outside company to provide a critical service for us timeliness in their response and good communication on what is being done are very important. Infotech makes themselves available to us anytime we may need them. Their staff is friendly and professional and able to internally share information about our issues effectively so that whoever is free at the time that we need something can immediately assist us. They help alleviate a lot of the downside of them being a third party IT solution by having an efficient ticket process that makes it easy to request assistance and keeps everyone involved aware of what is being worked on and solutions available. They also set up regular meetings to make sure we are both is on the same page. If anything they offer more communication than we as an organization take advantage of. They also take a proactive approach to our It solutions. They offer security solutions before we have issues. Recommend expanded hardware solutions before we feel the strain or have a failure. Most importantly they plan with us to meet our needs. We as an organization often resist change till it is necessary and they have always been flexible with us to meet goals at our own pace without too much disruption. They also help us plan things for budgeting and tax planning purposes. IT is frustrating when it goes wrong and out of mind when it is going right so I am leaving this positive review as a thanks for all their work. Having a relationship with infotech for all of these years has been an asset to us that I would recommend to others. Thanks!

I highly recommend InfoTech Solutions. They are always very professional, yet patient. Any trouble calls are handled quickly and correctly. Most times we are taken care of before we know there is a need for attention. I am looking forward to many more years of their exellent service.

Got help immediately problem solved quick and was polite the whole time I highly recommend them!

I called very early, needing help before a presentation. I left a voicemail and had a return call within minutes, not only did they solve my issue, but went a step beyond and made it even more convenient for me to do my presentation!

I love these guys! They are always so helpful and patient! Eric had to come in to my office today and assist me with an issue and he did it in a very timely manner and was professional and kind. Chris also helps me with a recurring issue from time to time and they are both very patient and always handle it generally pretty quickly!

5am this morning, the servers were down, and we used the emergency after hours system to get eyes on it before the majority of our work force clocked in. Erik was awake, friendly, and helped us troubleshoot the issue. What more can you ask?
