Technology You Don’t Track Ends Up Costing More

Without tracking
  • Surprise Hardware Failures

A computer or server dies with no warning and no replacement plan, and a rush purchase blows the budget.

  • Expired Warranties and Unsupported Software

Devices past warranty or end of support become harder to fix and easier to attack.

  • Vendor Runaround

Every software, internet, and phone vendor says the problem is someone else’s, and you end up in the middle.

  • Contracts and Renewals Nobody Watches

Subscriptions auto-renew, licenses go unused, and nobody knows who the account rep is.

With InfoTech
  • Device and Warranty Inventory

We track every computer, server, and network device, who has it, and when its warranty and support end.

  • Replacement Planning in Your Budget

Your vCIO plans refreshes into your annual IT budget, so replacements happen on schedule instead of in an emergency.

  • Vendor Contacts and Coordination

We keep your vendor contacts and contracts documented, and we call your software, internet, and phone vendors so you don’t have to.

  • Recommending and Sourcing Equipment

When it’s time to replace something, we recommend equipment that meets your standards and can source and set it up for you.

FAQ

Common Questions

Part of your IT Strategy & vCIO service

How old is too old for a computer?

Devices more than five years old, or past manufacturer support, get harder to secure and support. We’ll flag them early and plan their replacement with you.

Do you work with our software vendors?

Yes. We confirm access and connectivity on our side and coordinate directly with your line-of-business software vendor for anything beyond that.

Is equipment included in the partnership?

Planning and coordination are included. The hardware itself, and new computer setups, are quoted separately so you only pay for what you need.

The Partnership Agreement

One Partner. One Plan. One Agreement.

This isn’t a separate contract. It’s one part of the InfoTech Partnership Agreement, which brings support, security, backups, networking, Microsoft 365, and planning together under one team and one monthly agreement.
