Feedback is Serious Business
Because InfoTech is a service-driven company, client feedback is extremely important to us. Feedback allows us to gauge how we're performing and if our service quality really is matching our extremely high standards. We thrive on both the positive and negative feedback that comes from our clients. It motivates us, challenges us, and hopefully makes us proud. We ask for our client's feedback after we resolve each ticket that they submit to us. This process is key in understanding where we stand with our clients. So if you don't think that the little feedback email that you get after a ticket has been resolved doesn't mean anything, it really does!
We look at each review, whether positive or not, to ensure that we're doing the best job that we can. Negative reviews tell us that there needs to be improvement and sometimes an apology to make. Positive reviews let us know that we're on the right track, and that our value is recognized. We haven't talked about our reviews before now, but I'm very excited to share them with you. Since 2012, we've had only 4 negative reviews and a whopping 480 positive reviews! That is definitely worth sharing, and we're so thankful to our clients for allowing us to build a great relationship with them. We combined each review in a list, and the results are below. We think that this speaks so much more to our service than we ever could.
